All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees

- Cyprus: Flat shipping rate of €3.99.

- Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

- Cyprus: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive the tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. MIORA Jewelry is not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your parcel.

Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the packaging and the item(s).
